Butchers Ragu

Description

Soppressata, mortadella, prosciutto, beef, and pork are ground and stewed with onions, garlic, carrots, fennel, celery, white wine, red wine vinegar, tomatoes, and rosemary. Rich and flavorful. Contains nuts (pistachio)
All of our house made sauces come by the pint or quart. Sauces are sold frozen but are easily defrosted by a gentle reheat in the microwave, and then transferred to a cold pan with a splash of water and brought slowly to a simmer.
